All panel rooms have limited capacity and subject to available seating. Although your MusicCon wristband/badge is required for entry into all events, it doesn't guarantee you access to any programming session if it has reached its capacity, subject to the discretion of MusicCon staff members. We don't clear our programming rooms between sessions.
MusicCon believes in creating an environment where every attendee, exhibitor and staff member is treated with respect and dignity. Any act of bullying or harassment is not tolerated. If an attendee of any type is believed to be in violation of our rules, they will be asked to leave immediately without reimbursement of any kind. MusicCon employs staff members who enforce our rules and regulations. Please report any serious incidents or concerns to a MusicCon Staff Member, as identified by their Shirts.
We have a strict policy of checking for weapons. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who presents a public safety or security issue in our sole discretion.
The following items are forbidden at MusicCon:
All firearms (including air soft guns, BB guns, cap guns, paintball guns and pellet guns)
Replica firearms (including reproduction, fake or toy guns that can be confused for real firearms)
Projectile weapons (including blow guns, crossbows, long bows, slingshots and water guns)
Metal-bladed weapons (including axes, daggers, hatches, knives, kunai, shuriken, swords, sword canes and switch blades)
Explosives (including firecrackers and fireworks)
Mace and pepper spray
Blunt weapons (including brass knuckles, clubs and nunchaku)
Hard prop weapons (including props made of metal, fiberglass and glass)
We allow prop weapons if they are composed of foam or cardboard only. Prop firearms are allowed only if they cannot be mistaken for real weapons. The barrel of all prop firearms must be covered with brightly-colored caps.

When is the convention?
MusicCon is being held on Saturday, May 20th and Sunday, May 21st, 2017. Show hours are: Saturday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (9:30am for VIP) | Sunday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. (9:30 am for VIP)
How much are tickets?
Tickets to the show in advance are $45 ($50 at the Door) per person for a Saturday only ticket; $40 ($45 at the Door) per person for a Sunday only ticket; and a weekend pass is $65 (Not Available at the Door). Children age 10 and under are admitted for free with an adult admission (limit of 2 per adult please). ALL VIP TICKETS REQUIRE CHILD TO PURCHASE VIP TICKET ALSO.
I bought my ticket online, what time can I arrive to pick up my ticket?
Advance ticket pick up will open at 9:00 am on Saturday, May 20 and 9:00 am on Sunday, May 21. Walk up tickets WILL NOT be available for sale until 10:00 am. VIP ticket holders will be allowed early admission to the exhibit hall at 9:30 am on Saturday and Sunday.
Can I buy tickets on-site?
Yes, you can buy tickets on our website or at the door. Day-of ticket sales at the door will open at 10:00 am both days. Ticket pick-up & on-site sales are in the Lobby!
On-site ticket pricing: $50 for a Saturday only ticket; and $45 for a Sunday only ticket
When is the Karaoke After Party?
The Karaoke after party will be Saturday May 20, 2017 beginning at 8pm and ending at Midnight. There will be a cost and ticket price for the event. TBD . Any photos or video taken must be for personal, non-profit use only!
Do I have to wear my wristband and/or badge at all times?
Yes this is a requirement.
I want to bring my pet dog, can I?
Sorry, as adorable as he/she may be, no pets allowed, except for registered service animals.
Can I take pictures?
Generally, you can take photographs at MusicCon of the conventioneers and exhibits. However, please respect the privacy and ask before taking a picture of a celebrity, as some of them charge for their photo and autograph.
Where can I park and how do I get there?
There are parking lots located at the Sturbridge Host Hotel and Conference Center and all around the area that are privately owned. Parking is FREE.

Do I have to pay extra to get autographs?
Yes. All the guests coming will charge for an autograph and for a photo.
What is the policy on cell phone usage?
We ask that you please be courteous and take any phone calls you may have outside during a panel.
Is there a dress code or restrictions?
Feel free to come dressed as you like, however it is important to remember that costumes should keep in mind the safety of others. If you are planning on taking a prop, please remember that you will need to have it cleared and approved by security before entering the hall.
Do you have a Bag Policy?
Bags will be allowed inside the venue, but will be subject to search. We ask for your patience entering the hall.
If I purchased my ticket online, will it be mailed to me?
Your ticket will NOT be mailed to you. A purchase confirmation will be emailed to you; please PRINT and bring it to Will Call at the event.
I don’t have a printer, can I show my order confirmation on my phone?
I purchased a VIP ticket. When do I select which autographs and Photo Ops I want?
When you pick up your badge you will also be given your autograph and Photo Op vouchers. You bring them to the celebrity’s table or Photo Op line and turn them in.
Do you have accommodations for disabilities?

All tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
How many people can be in each Photo Op?
One Photo Op can have up to 2 adults and 2 children, 10 and under, in it.
When and how are autographs sold?
Autographs are purchased in person at each guest’s booth. Autographs are cash only, with prices set by each guest the weekend of our convention. You may bring an object for the actor to sign at their discretion. Prices charged are per signature.
